**Update:  Some people say this rebate may not work if you aren't an AARP member.  Might be a risk, still a good deal without the rebate, but a FAB deal with the rebate!

Wow!  Whether you are a brand new couponer, or an oldie :), this is a fab deal!  Queenbee lays it out very simply.  I believe we also have a coupon in the 3/6 inserts for $1/2 boxes.  I'm not sure if I'm going to wait for doubles or not for this deal, the gas rebate card is "while supplies last" which is always risky.  If you don't love these cereals, consider donating them to the food bank, women's shelter, or senior center in Olympia!!  Here's the link:

Trader Joes matchups!

Top Foods today!

I got all of this for $10 and change!  Organic bag of apples, organic carrots, 6 grapefruit, 3 jars of Rinaldi natural pasta sauce, 2 bags of coleslaw, and 2 boxes of Organic Girl salad!!  Now, I had a few coupons that you probably dont so I got the coleslaw for .22 a bag and the Organic salad for Free and 1.79.  The rest of the deals you can all get - apples for $2.50 a bag for organic!!  When people learn you are a coupon shopper they give you coupons they don't want, and it pays off with sales like Top Foods today.  Let me know your deals!

Free Propel at Albertsons! Look what I got for .32!

Okay, I can't figure out how to rotate this picture, sorry!  But anyway, I got cat food, Franks hot sauce (both with the free coupons from Sundays paper) and 11 propel fitness waters for a grand total of 32 cents!!
Some of the Propel waters had peelies on them!  It is good coupon ethics to buy the item with the peelie on it, never take it off for yourself for later.  And don't take too many unless you will use them for sure - share the coupon love!

When you buy 10 Propel waters and use 5 coupons, you get all 10 for free!!

Albertsons double deals start 3/13 FREE stuff!!

I like the way Queen Bee coupons does her matchups with FREE items first!  This is a good way to "practice" coupon shopping with no money out of pocket.  If you don't want it - donate it or give it to a friend who wants it!  You can do 3 transactions at one time, but try to do that when the store is not busy.  Earlier in the day or later at night.  My Albertsons on Carpenter has wonderful customer service.  They are very coupon friendly.  Here are the matchups:

3/8 last day for Safeway California Pizza Kitchen pizza!

Reminder:  Tuesday the 8th is the last day for the Safeway California Pizza Kitchen Pizza deal!  You get a $1.25 catalina for EACH pizza you buy - even the small ones!  Plus there is a $5 off $15 frozen foods coupn so it makes the pizzas .42 cents after subtracting the catalina.  I got all of the above groceries for a total of $9.14!  FYI:  you might want to call your Safeway to make sure they aren't out of the pizza.

Albertsons Doubles start Sunday 3/6!!

New resource to donate excess food and toiletries - Senior Center!!

When I first started coupon shopping I was in line behind a lady who mentioned she bought food for her mom and mom's friends who were elderly and didn't have money for food after paying for their medications.  I just felt sick.  This lady was also on a budget and she paid quite a bit for the groceries she purchased - and she bought fairly unhealthy food.  I then got my things - lots of it for free or really cheap.  I knew if I continued coupon shopping I would have to help these elderly somehow.  Then Amy mentioned she really wanted to help the elderly with coupon shopping.  Now that I have an abundance of cereal and other things I made the call to the Senior center.  In Olympia they give food and personal care items to elderly who are homeless or can't afford them.  I love getting extra items if I know they are going to someone who needs them!!  The contact person is Glenda and her number is 360-586-6181 x101.

I went to Rite Aid today to get a couple more razors (I'm a complete sucker for cheap, good razors!).  I had a raincheck from last week for the Purex 3-in-1 laundry sheets.  I used the $3/$15 purchase Rite Aid coupon that I just got.  Some of the receipts have this on them:

Complete an easy online survey and print a $3/$15 coupon!! 
I also used my other coupons from the Rite Aid mathcups.
I paid $3.11 (sales tax), used $4 in UP rewards, and got back $6 in UP rewards!!
I saved $39.10!  Yipee!!
